On Friday I went to my parent’s house so in the evening my dad & me could to to a service remembering 9/11 at the Bensenville Fire Station. I thought it was going to be a little thing, with a couple people, and maybe 10 minutes long! When we got there at like 10 to, the streets were filled with cars, we had to park blocks away! Then we were even lucky enough to find chairs to sit in! There were so many people! They had a program and everything!! I thought it was very good & I am so glad I went! Channel 7 news was even there filming it, of course they only showed like 2 seconds of it on the news later that night! Afterwards I went to dinner w/ my dad to Russell’s! It had been a really long time since I’d been there! So good!
