The night of my mom’s wake, Darrell and me actually spent the night at my parent’s house on our air mattress in their living room. It was like a little sleepover, but would have been more fun had my mom been there too. The thing is, Oreo has wanted nothing to do with Darrell. However, as soon as we put up the air mattress, he couldn’t wait to get on it, he even didn’t mind sharing it with Darrell. In fact he pretty much spent most of the night with us on that thing!
Then this picture is of Oreo in the kitchen garden window. He loves sitting up there with some of mom’s flowers from her wake and funeral.
