Today my dad and me went to Danada Fest! We used to go every year, but then we hadn’t been there in the last like 3 years, so we finally went back today! Usually it is either freezing out, raining, or both! This year was beautiful, actually it was a little on the HOT side, we were sweating!! It was fun seeing all of the horses, and miniature horses and everything else, my dad would say his favorite part was the food! After we left the fest we stopped at a pet store just for fun. There were so many cute animals there, of course I wanted them all! Then we went over to this big bird, and my dad went to pet it, instead the bird crawled up on his arm! All of a sudden we notice the bird is eating his shirt button, and then he pulled it right off! So I went to tell a worker, so the bird doesn’t get sick, and the lady was just like “oh yeah, her name is Buttons, that is what she does!!!!” So she tried to get the button back, but the bird wouldn’t spit it out, so she left and I tried, instead the bird crunches it right in front of me, and half the button falls out of her mouth! The lady was like “you didn’t want that back did you?!” It was pretty funny!
