Book 125 of 500!

This book was The First Assassin by John J. Miller! I couldn’t put this down, I don’t know if it was true or made up, but it was about the guy in the South who first tried to have Lincoln assassinated! It was such a good book, and it incorporated the Civil War, and slavery and everything. Lincoln is my all time favorite president, so I really enjoyed this book a lot!
