This morning I went to my parent’s house and then my dad and I went to a free showing at the Bensenville theater of a documentary about a girl from Germany who lives in California that decided to get her pilot’s license and then inspired her dad to do the same. Then they went on a flyabout AROUND Australia, which is kind of like a walkabout, only in planes! It was really good and really interesting, and I’ve wanted to fly for a long time, in high school I wanted to join the air force and be a fighter pilot, and then since then, I’ve done some short flying lessons. I’ve flown a 2 seater, an ultra light and a glider. This spring I’ll be taking a 1 hour REAL flying lesson that my dad bought me, because he got a great deal! I have checked out actually taking a class that teaches everything, but it’s so expensive, but maybe some day it will happen! Afterwards we went to a sale at Sears Essentials because it’s turning back to a Kmart and then my parents and I met Darrell at Texas Roadhouse for dinner. A long but good day! Oh and my picture today is of ‘Blacky’ and outside kitty that comes to my parent’s house EVERYDAY, and my dad feeds him in the back patio. However, he isn’t very grateful seeing as if you try to get to close to him/her it hisses at you! But we are suckers for animals, so here he is!!!
