Day 12 – Market Day

So I’ve been waiting for tonight for a VERY LONG time!!!!!! I ordered market day online a while back, and tonight was pick up night! I have been craving market day for quite some time, so Darrell and me decided to order some. We only bought like 6 things, because that stuff is EXPENSIVE and it added up fast, but boy is it good! I know I’m going to want to order some more. I had to pick it up at an elementary school in Montgomery. Now I know where it is, so it’ll be easier next time. Only bad thing was the school was having a curriculum night tonight, and the parking lot was completely full and so was the street, so I finally just parked illegally right in front of the door! All these parents and teachers were there dressed up, and here I walk in with shorts and a t-shirt on. Yet they all rushed up to me asking what my child’s name was and who their teacher was. I said I’m not here for that, I’m here to pick up Market Day. You’d think I swore at them or something, because they just turned around and walked away and didn’t tell me where I needed to go! So luckily I found a janitor in the office and they helped me. SHEESH! It was worth it though because I got a free sample of the best peanut butter cracker thing, YUM! Then I picked up Burger King on the way home for dinner, that was another experience, but that is a WHOLE other story! This is Mary enjoying the boxes that our market day food came in!!
