This was a short trip, unfortunately, so Monday June 6 was our last day. Both Randy & Amanda had to work. My dad & me visited the Girl Scouts of Colorado – GJ office & store which was fun. We visited Amanda & Walmart. We walked around Mesa State University, had a tiny snack at WeinerSchnitzel. Then we met Randy for lunch at Chuck & Cluck! Then it was time to fly back to Denver & back home to Chicago, which we didn’t get home until 12:30am! We had a great time visiting w/ Randy & Amanda and with, Moab, Tellico & Dominquez!! I loved lounging in the hot tub & taking walks around the neighborhood & to the Colorado river while being surrounded by mountains! I love the Colorado Monument & the Grand Mesa. I really loved my first, but hopefully not my last, trip to Moab, Utah and to Arches National Park. Maybe one day I’ll get a job at the Girl Scouts office in Grand Junction & buy myself a ranch instead of an acreage!
