Saturday Darrell got to the hospital early and we had breakfast together, then my parent’s got there and at around 10am I was getting released!! I have to be honest though, it was scary leaving, because I felt safe there since I wasn’t completely healed yet. The wheelchair ride through the hospital was not fun, it felt like a really fast roller coaster ride. Then the drive home was no fun either. I road with my dad because his car was lower to the ground & my mom drove with Darrell. I basically just sat on the chair all day, watching tv, taking naps & complaining…. Luckily my family has been able to put up with me! Darrell & my dad went and got my prescriptions for me & then they went to the Kendall County Fair to walk around and bring us some pork burgers, while my mom napped at home with me! I took a picture of my incision for everyone to see!
